Welcome to BLANK Canvas

BLANK Canvas is Ireland's first Design-to-Reality creative technology programme, where children transform their ideas into real-world creations.

Through a combination of creativity, technology and hands-on making, children learn how to design in 3D, develop digital skills and see their ideas brought to life through 3D printing.

Our programmes are designed to build confidence, creativity, problem-solving skills and digital literacy in a fun, supportive environment.

What Will My Child Do?

During the programme, children will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of 3D design
  • Develop creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Create original digital designs
  • Understand the basics of 3D printing technology
  • Work through the full design process from concept to creation
  • Build a portfolio showcasing their work and progress

Each child will have the opportunity to see their ideas transformed into physical creations and celebrate their achievements at the end of the programme.

Who Is The Programme For?

BLANK Canvas programmes are designed for primary school children and are tailored to suit different age groups and experience levels.

No previous design, technology or coding experience is required.
