1. About BLANK Canvas
BLANK Canvas provides creative technology programmes for children, including digital design, 3D modelling, 3D printing and related educational activities.
By registering for, participating in, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Programme Participation
Participation in BLANK Canvas programmes is subject to availability and any requirements communicated by the participating school or BLANK Canvas.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that registration information provided is accurate and up to date.
3. Attendance
Children are expected to attend programme sessions regularly to gain the maximum benefit from the programme.
Where a child is unable to attend a session, BLANK Canvas cannot guarantee that missed content can be repeated or recreated.
4. Child Collection and Supervision
BLANK Canvas programmes are delivered in partnership with schools and other approved venues.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place for their child's attendance and collection in accordance with the procedures of the relevant school or venue.
BLANK Canvas does not provide childcare services.
5. Behaviour and Conduct
BLANK Canvas is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.
Where a child's behaviour presents a risk to themselves, other participants or facilitators, BLANK Canvas reserves the right to remove the child from an activity and discuss appropriate next steps with parents, guardians and/or the school.
6. Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during programme activities to document student work, celebrate achievements and support programme promotion.
Where photographs or videos may identify a child, appropriate parental or guardian consent will be obtained in advance.

7. Student Work and Portfolios
Children retain ownership of the original ideas and creative work they produce during the programme.
By participating in BLANK Canvas activities, parents and guardians grant BLANK Canvas permission to display and reproduce student work for educational, portfolio, exhibition and promotional purposes where appropriate consent has been obtained.
8. Privacy
BLANK Canvas is committed to protecting personal information and processing data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability
BLANK Canvas will take reasonable care in the delivery of its programmes.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLANK Canvas shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a programme.
10. Changes to Programmes
BLANK Canvas reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, scheduling, facilitators or delivery arrangements where necessary.
Where material changes are required, affected participants will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable.
11. Payment and Cancellations
A child's place is not guaranteed until registration and payment have been completed.
Programme places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Cancellations received at least 7 days before the programme start date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 7 days before the programme start date may not be eligible for a refund, except at the discretion of BLANK Canvas.
Once a programme has commenced, refunds will generally not be available except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of BLANK Canvas.
Where BLANK Canvas cancels a programme before commencement, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
